STEP 1 - BOOKING A CONSULTATION
Tell us when works best for you and we'll be in touch to make arrangements. When requesting your consultation, tell us of any ideas or product preferences you have, or we can guide you through your choices when we visit.Book a consultation
STEP 2 - WORKING WITH YOUR CONSULTANT
Your local consultant comes to your home with lots of useful advice and an abundance of samples for you to compare against your walls and décor in 'real light'. They’ll also take measurements to provide an estimate.
Virtual consultations are also available via video call. The process is the same only we guide you through taking basic measurements to provide a preliminary cost estimate; these will be double-checked by us in person to confirm.
STEP 3 - ACCEPTING YOUR ESTIMATE AND PAYMENT
To confirm your order we ask for a 50% deposit with the balance to be paid prior to installation. We also offer finance through Gem Visa which may require no deposit. STEP 4 - YOUR ORDER IS CUSTOM-MADE
Paying careful attention to detail, we make all our curtains and the majority of our blind range here in New Zealand at our factory in Nelson. The few products that come from outside our factory are custom-made for you by partner manufacturers who meet our standards
STEP 5 - PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
Once your curtains and blinds are made, we have a professional team trained to install them to ensure they fit and hang just right. They will also show you best practice for using them.
