To care for your readymade curtains:

• Remove hooks, rings and trims before cleaning
• Either gently vacuum with appropriate attachment or cold hand wash
• Do not soak, bleach, rub, wring or tumble dry
• Dry flat, in the shade - do not use pegs or fold over clothesline
• For best results hang curtains by their hooks to dry in shade – if the fabric is coated, sides should not touch
• Warm iron on fabric side only
• Do not dry clean the drapes

How to find the right size for your readymade curtains:

1. Track: If you haven’t already installed your track or rod, we recommend you do so before measuring for your curtains for the most accurate results.

2. Curtain drop (track): measure from the top of your track (where the top of the curtain will sit), to the floor.

3. Curtain drop (rod): measure from the underside of the rod (where the top of the curtain will sit), down to the floor.

4. Floor finish: Adjust your drop measurement to reflect where you would like your curtain to sit in relation to the floor. For a skim floor finish, deduct a few mm, to your desired style. For a full floor finish, add a few mm to style taste.

5. Curtain width: All our sheer ready-made curtains are listed with their un-gathered width. This refers to the full width of the curtain when it’s flat. For full looking curtains, go for a wider un-gathered size curtain — the wider the curtain, the tighter you can gather the pleats for a luxurious look. For minimalist look curtains, go for a smaller un-gathered size curtain, only slightly wider than your track, for gentle pleating and a flatter look.

These readymade curtains are a naturally child and pet safe choice. They hang from a track or rod and need no cords or chains to open and close, so there’s nothing dangling within reach of little hands or curious paws — simple, safe, and easy to use every day.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any item, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of your purchase. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging in a re-saleable condition. Curtains must not have been gathered.

Delivery is typically within 2-4 working days to most New Zealand destinations (excluding public holidays). Please allow up to 2 additional working days for rural and oversized deliveries. For products requiring length alterations, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
