Worth knowing up front: our Venetian blinds only come with cord controls, so do keep that in mind if safety's a factor for you. They can still work well in a home with kids or pets — just fit them to windows up high, keep the cords as short as possible, and wrap them in an 'O' around the cleat so they're stored safely out of reach.

Depending on your region and installer availability, some repairs can be done on-site or at a local lockup. More technical repairs and alterations come back to our factories in Nelson. If your product is still under warranty, the repair may be covered; if it's out of warranty, charges apply for the van call-out, installer time, parts, shipping, and factory labour.
